Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter will not replace lost items if the address details supplied by the entrant is incorrect.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winner to provides proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole, and no substitute will be offered.

Entry restrictions
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, agents, participating outlets, and their agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
Competition Period
Promotional period commences at 9 a.m. (AEST) 1/9/2025 and closes at 4.59 p.m. (AEST) on 30/10/2025.
Entry Procedure Game of Skill
To enter, eligible entrants must:
1. Follow @brisbanefashionmonth and @miele on Instagram;
2. Visit the Brisbane Fashion Month website www.brisbanefashionmonth.com.au and complete the e-newsletter sign-up form, by following the prompts and entering their full name and email address;
3. Entrants must tick the box to agree to subscribe to both the Fashion Queensland (presenter of Brisbane Fashion Month) newsletter and the Miele Professional e-newsletter;
4. Tell us in 100 words or less how this powerhouse of precision and steam would transform your laundry routine into a runway-worthy experience.
Fashion Queensland will share entrant data back to Miele at the conclusion of the promotional period.

Game of Skill Details
Date competition commences: 01/09/2025
Time: 9:00 a.m. AEST
Location: Miele Head Office, Level 4, 141 Camberwell Road, Hawthorn East,
Selection Method: A panel of Miele Professional and Fashion Queensland judges will select the winner based on the most creative answer.
Competition closes 4:59 p.m. AEST on 30/10/2025.
The winner will be contacted directly by Fashion Queensland and announced on @brisbanefashionmonth. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. This prize must be claimed by 30/11/2025.
Prize Draw :
Date: Monday 3rd November
Time: AEST
Location: Fashion Queensland head office, Brisbane, Qld 4000.
Prize Details :
Miele Professional will be offering:
1 x PIB 100 Steam Ironing System, valued at $4,727.
Prize includes delivery and a standard two-year warranty for domestic use.
For avoidance of doubt ongoing service and maintenance are not included.
Prize restriction
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize or prizes for a prize or prizes of similar specification or value to any prize or prizes offered in this promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Prize value. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with offers or other promotions.
Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices/ list prices at the time of printing as stated in the Miele retail price list (inclusive of GST) and discounts and bonuses are not applicable. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in Prize value between now and when the Prize is redeemed.
It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize.

Notification of Winner
Winner will be contacted directly by Fashion Queensland and announced on @brisbanefashionmonth. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Publication Details
The name of the winner will be announced on Fashion Queensland’s Instagram and also on the Fashion Queensland website.
Prize Claim Date
The Prize must be claimed by the winner by 30/11/2025. Failure to claim and collect prize will automatically result in forfeiture of the prize without further notice to the winner.
Re-draw Details (if applicable)
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of entry, a further draw shall take place.

The draw will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. This prize must be claimed by 15/12/2025.
Additional Terms
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury, which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the Prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant.
The winner is responsible for any taxation implications (including FBT) that may arise. It is the winner’s responsibility to seek professional advice in this regard.
Privacy
The Promoter will collect and deal with the personal information (including name, address, telephone contact or personal details) only in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 (Cth).
